Giannis, Maria and Naoum will be your hosts. They will meet you when you arrive and show you how everything works, and they are reachable if you need something.
Two floors. Downstairs, one bedroom with a double bed and its own shower room. Upstairs, two more: a double, and twin beds that join into a double if you ask. Every bedroom has its own balcony, with a table and two chairs. Four beds, six people.
Two. One has a bathtub, a wide basin and a window over the olive trees. The other is a shower room under the slope of the roof. The downstairs bedroom gets that one. The two rooms upstairs share the bathtub.
Four by nine metres, with a hydromassage corner and a step to sit on. Sunbeds and a parasol on one side, grass and a low wall on the other. A wood-fired oven and a barbecue, logs stacked underneath. A long table in the shade, an outdoor shower, parking inside the wall. Midday to dusk, in that order.
One room. Fireplace at one end, kitchen at the other, a long table and two sofas in between. Doors onto the terrace. Oven and hob, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, Nespresso and filter coffee.
Elliniko sits in the olive hills west of Chania. There is no convenient public transport out here, so you will need a car. The airport is the easiest place to pick one up, and both it and Chania town are a straightforward drive from the house.
